Please note that some common areas within the gated community (such as the pool or clubhouse) may be subject to availability or community regulations.


• Security: The property is located in a gated community with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.

• No Pet Policy: We kindly ask that no pets be bought to property to ensure the safety of all guests.

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request but subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

• Additional Guests: If you plan to have extra guests, please inform us in advance. Unregistered guests will not be granted access by Plumera Security. Extra charges may apply for additional occupants.

• Cleanliness: We value minimalism to create a calm and uncluttered environment. We ask that guests maintain the cleanliness and organization of our home during their stay.
