I booked 4 nights here, 2 upon arrival and 2 before departure during a 2 week stay in Philippines. Check in instructions are supposed to be sent 3 days before arrival. I received vague and incomplete check in instructions just 2 hours before my flight landed. (I arrived 11pm, what to do if I arrived during the day?). There are 4 towers with 2 separate lobbies. After searching we found the correct lobby. These are condos and there is no reception. There is a security guard. The guard knew nothing about our reservation and seemed unaware of the condos being rented. Eventually we were waved through. We still don't keys or codes, and it was much effort just to get a room number by message. We went to the room and it was unlocked with a key inside. The problems did not stop there. The room had no trash bins or bags and no toilet paper. Sheets, pillow cases and the few towels were very well worn with holes and tears, The advantage of renting a condo is the kitchen to cook your own meals but the very few scraps of dishes, pans, and utensils would not make that possible. There wasn't even drinking glasses and only 1 coffee cup. If you planned on cooking and preparing food you need to bring full cookware and dinnerware. The cabinets in the bedroom had full size mushrooms growing. The kitchen had a collection of dead roaches each morning and some live ones during the day. We did not use the second 2 day booking. I paid for another hotel. There are no refunds here.
