"When we arrived at 4:10 we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 5:00, because they were still cleaning it. "The room had a dirty sock on the floor by the bed frame and hair on the shower wall that was not from us. We Could not take our 20 year-old son to sit by the fire upstairs on 10th floor..,with his parents after 5 PM. Won’t stay again for the cost not worth it"
