Clean room. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent amenities but unfortunately did not have time to enjoy them. Perhaps next time.

Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa
The spa area felt quite cold particularly around the pool so not very conducive to relaxing on the sun beds. The temperature of the pool was quite cool. Village Hotel Manchester Bury
Hotel good breakfast was disappointing No choice of eggs no black pudding every mushrooms rubbery the rest not cooked properly Ie. All cooked in oven not fried.

Room was lovely and clean the one thing i found though the light that comes on when leaving the room does not come on straight away and takes a couple of minutes to come on which could be very dangerous
