"Die Übernachtung war vor unserem langen Flug sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett und Kopfkissen sehr komfortabel. Das Restaurant und Bar war leider sehr voll, daher ein wenig kraudi für uns. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis für das angebotene Abendessen ist für uns zu überzogen, d.h. viel zu teuer. Wir haben zwar etwas gegessen, aber wie gesagt, viel zu teuer und man hat nicht unbedingt seine Ruhe beim essen, man sitzt eng aneinander zum Nachbartisch. Ansonsten können wir dieses Hotel...

Beim Check in wurden wir weder wirklich begrüßt noch wurde mit uns nett kommuniziert. Auch als wir an einem Abend zur Rezeption gingen, ob wir Briefmarken kaufen könnten und dann Postkarten verschicken möchten, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir am nächsten Morgen zum Business Center neben der Rezeption gehen sollen. "overall it was fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The room was very basic, simple layout, minimal amenities, and no standout features. Definitely felt more functional than cozy. If you’re looking for a straightforward place it does the job. Just don’t expect anything luxurious or special. It’s comfortable but pretty standard."

"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful.
