Location
The light-filled apartment is situated on the southeast-facing first floor of the building. The North Sea and the island’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach are about 1,000 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, bakeries, restaurants, and small fashion and souvenir shops, as well as a bike rental service. Attractions such as the water tower, the island church, and the maritime museum are waiting to be discovered by you.


Amenities This tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and 4-burner induction cooktop, as well as a cozy living-dining area. The living area features a 43-inch SMART TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Both separate bedrooms feature a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom includes a towel warmer, rain shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. In this red brick villa, you can choose your vacation home from among 12 vacation apartments. Sizes range from 1-room apartments for 1–2 people (32 square meters) to 3-room apartments for 6 people (89 square meters). An elevator takes you to the upper floor. Two washing machines and two dryers are available in the building for your travel laundry.
The historic villa and all vacation apartments were completely renovated in 2022 in accordance with current environmental standards. Bright, freshly designed rooms are bathed in clear North Sea light, and stylish bathrooms make you look forward to waking up in the morning.
