"2016년에 이 호텔을 사용하고 너무 좋아서 이번에 가족 여행을 다녀왔어요. 10년이 지났는데도 시설도 깨끗하고 빈 중앙역 바로 앞에 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 다시 빈 가게 된다면, 또 다시 사용할 계획입니다. 호텔 관계자분들 모두 감사했습니다."

"첫번째 묵었던 level 1 객실은 하수구 냄새가 좀 났지만, 두번째 숙박한 level 4 객실은 냄새가 나지 않았어요 직원도 친절했고 카운터에 있는 사과도 먹고 좋았어요 여행하다보면 신선한 과일 챙겨 먹기가 어려운데 체크인 데스크에 물과 사과가 있어서 좋았어요 위치도 트램D 타기에 가까워서 오페라 극장 등 주요 명소 가기에 좋았어요 시설도 깔끔하고 세탁기, 식기세척기, 오븐, 커피머신 다 잘 사용했습니다"
