Welcome to Langebaan, a coastal town along the West Coast of Cape Town
and home to Skal to 8 on Serifos, a traditional four-bedroom home,
comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Only one hours drive from
Cape Town, visitors will discover tranquillity, vast open landscapes
and breathtaking blue waters bordered by white sandy beaches.

Upon entering the property, guests will have an undercover parking
space and a lovely front porch with outside seating overlooking lush
green lawns. Walking through the front door, guests will be greeted by
a well-designed open plan living space with everything you will need
for a comfortable self-catering stay. The fully equipped kitchen, with
counter side seating, caters for all your culinary needs including a
refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave along with all
the necessary cutlery and crockery. Cozy up in the lounge area for some
down time on the plush sofas while enjoying your favourite TV shows on
the flat screen TV. The dining area, seating up to eight guests
provides an intimate space for enjoying mealtime with your loved ones
while the indoor fireplace warms up the room and is perfect for a
traditional South African braai.

Three of the four bedrooms are situated downstairs featuring two queen
size beds and in two of the rooms and two ¾ beds in the third room. One
of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and
basin while the other three bedrooms make use of a shared bathroom
consisting of a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom is
situated upstairs in the loft section of the house along with a
separate lounge area and access to the semi undercover balcony with
outdoor seating. All linen and towels will be provided with your stay.

Ideally located, the property is within a short distance from several
nearby attractions including Club Mykonos Resort, Mykonos Casino,
Mykonos Marina, jetskying, Laguna Mall, long stretches of majestic
beaches, Sunnypark Fun Park, wind surfing, Langebaan Golf Course and
several local restaurants, bars and boutiques. Make the most of this

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.

Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 8 Serifos St, Skiathos, Langebaan, 7357.

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
