This property is beautiful. The inside is extremely clean and well-cared for. The beds and furniture are comfortable (there have been some updates since the listing photos) and the kitchen is well-stocked. The stairs down to the pier are a little older but they are in the process of updating the outdoor areas. The pier itself was in great condition and a perfect place to launch kayaks, and watch the loons and bald eagles. We hope to visit again!

The outside of the cabin definitely could use some TLC we needed to remove weeds on the stairs leading up to the cabin in order to get in. We also needed to sweep off the deck around the cabin. The stairs leading down to the lake we're in need of repair. There was large piles of trees as you entered the property that should have been removed along with discarded boards and old chairs by the outdoor gazebo along with garbage that was not picked up which required a call to the owners of the property to take care of the problem to prevent animals from making a mess. The outside was not inviting as we pulled up to the property. There also was several cobwebs surrounding the cabin that needed to be removed prior to entering.We did feel the inside of the cabin was very neat and clean which made the stay enjoyable. We just felt that by spending some time to address the first impression (the outside) of the property will only enhance the overall experience for those coming to stay at this property.
