"We realy enjoyed our stay. The proprietor, Jazz, couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, arranging check-in time at our convenience. It is a little noisy on a busy road, but has good double glazing, was quiet between 11pm and 6 am, and with ear-plugs we slept very well and uninterrupted. Highly reccommended. "

"This property is conveniently located in Kemptown, with an easy walk down to the Bright seafront. There is a shop just across the street and a pub and a few restaurants very close by. Parking instructions issued by the owner were clear and easy to follow, I found street parking a 2 minute walk away which was around 7GBP per day - I didn't move the car while we were there (3 days). "We were given an upgraded room it was very comfortable and spacious. but the light was dim. A very large bathroom with both bath & shower but only 1 hand towel. Breakfast was very nice apart from the bacon which was awful. "

" Nice stay, but just a few areas needed attention. Nice hotel and decor. The room thats we were allocated with was clean and the shower room was clean and enough space to manover around. Shower cubical was a little small but adequate. Attention to detail is needed around the decaying grouting and sealent. Bed was comfortable and clean, pillows were nice and soft.
