We had an absolute wonderful stay. We picked this location for our annual family Christmas trip so my Son and daughter in-law wouldn't have to travel too far with our grandbaby. The house was very large, clean and had so much to keep us all busy and making memories. The hot tub and game room were huge hits but we also played so many games in the dining room and living room. We would definitely come back again and are hoping to when the weather is warmer to utilize the outdoor features more and go hiking! Thanks for a wonderful stay filled with lots of memories.

Wonderful stay – perfect for a large family gatheringWe stayed here for six days over the Christmas holiday with our parents and family, and the home was a great fit for a larger group. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together, while still having enough room to spread out and enjoy personal space when needed.The main gathering areas—kitchen, dining, and family room—were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to cook, eat, watch movies, and just enjoy time together. The beds were very comfortable, from the mattresses to the pillows, which really mattered after long days together.The kitchen was well stocked, and the areas that truly count were clean and well maintained—kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and showers. As expected with any well-lived-in vacation home, there was some normal wear and tear, but nothing that detracted from the aesthetics or overall comfort of the house.The game room was a fun and appreciated bonus, the area felt safe, and the home is slightly secluded, making it quiet and relaxing, yet still conveniently located and not far from what we needed.Most importantly, the host was extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. That made the experience even better.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to spend time together.

The host was always easy to contact fast to reply and accommodating, the place was well stocked and despite not being a cabin had a cabin like feel so it really does feel like a place in the woods. The kitchen had all the appliances and items one might need. Shower in the master is wonderful with a nice huge separate bath. The whole house has comfy spots from beds to couch bean bags chairs. It snowed on our stay but they even shoveled our walkway and driveway for us not just the road. We have 9 people and the house never felt like it didnt have enough room space or amenities. All in all id say for a family for a group of friends or even a business trip this is a perfect place for a stay of any occasion and the host was wonderful, would definitely come back again.

Lovely get away

We had a fantastic time at this place! It was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully classy. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The game room was a big hit—our kids had an absolute blast. We also loved spending time by the outdoor fire and relaxing in the hot tub.Highly recommend, and we would definitely book again without hesitation!

Great place to stay! There were plenty of areas for group activities and privacy for individuals to go for quiet. The location is central to all the activities in the area. Great family vacation place!

We stayed at Adrian’s place for 3 nights! From there we springboarded to Old Man’s Cave, Conkles Hollow, Rock House and Cedar Falls. The house was perfect for our stay as we had 7 adults and 5 children, 4 and under. My husband I stayed in the basement bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was located just across the hall. Each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your use. The basement had an additional kitchen as well as a ping pong table, Pac-Man arcade game and a basketball game. All very fun. The basement sliding glass door led to the hot tub, fire pit and putting green. We all enjoyed each feature. There were also beach towels available to dry off from the hot tub. Adrian has put QR codes around the house to help with instructions that one may not be familiar with such as the hot tub. Very helpful! The main floor has a fully stocked kitchen, a game room with lots of board games, the owners suite with bathroom and port a crib. The seating in the kitchen area accommodates 10-14 people. There was a high chair available too! The living room was large enough for us all to hang out in the evenings. Upstairs were 3 bedrooms. A queen bed with loft overlooking the living room, a hall full bath, a queen room and a two bunk room(4beds) with a Jack and Jill shared bathroom which worked well for our littles. The house was very clean with really most everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again!

This has to be the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in (and we have stayed in about 15 places). The owner has thought of everything including a carousel with about a dozen spices!We would love to stay here again but we live 500 miles away.

Fantastic Host and Family-Friendly Home!

Absolutely 5 stars for Adrian and his amazing place! We had such a great stay at his home — perfect for families with kids! There was so much to do: our kids were never bored. They loved the putting green, spent hours playing ping pong, and had a blast with all the games available. We all enjoyed winding down around the fire pit in the evening — it was the perfect weekend getaway.Adrian was fantastic to deal with from start to finish — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had. You can tell he truly cares about making your stay a great one. Highly recommend staying here — we’ll definitely be back!
