The Cottage

The Rieker Cottage is a completely renovated one bedroom loft-style row home. We are offering this unit as a fully furnished month to month rental with all utilities and one off street parking space included.

We are within 6 blocks of the Convention Center, Central Market, an organic market, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The space's first floor features a full kitchen and a comfortable living room area with a 65" flat screen, smart TV.

The second floor bedroom has a king bed, full bath with shower (no tub), and washer and dryer.

The third floor loft has a king mattress. You can see into the bedroom from the loft.
The space
The entire home is yours to use. We have included many amenities to make your stay comfortable and you are welcome to use anything you find in the cottage.
Guest access
The entire home is yours during your stay. You are welcome to use anything you find in the home from the appliances, food/drinks, toiletries, etc. We have tried to think of anything you may need and put it inside the home for you.

Other things to note:
This unit is a month to month furnished rental. The unit includes all of the basics you will need such as linens, basic cookware, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

There is one off street parking space included and on street parking is available for additional vehicles.

All utilities are included, including WIFI. The television is a smart TV and you can use all of your favorite streaming services. We do not have cable.

We include a starter set of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We do not continuously replenish these.

Some GPS identify us as W King St, others identify us as Columbia Ave. Where we are located is where Columbia Ave turns into W King St. We have always used W King St but don't be alarmed if your GPS insists on changing it to Columbia Ave. (The property is even deeded both ways!)

The HVAC is a mini split system. There is a head on each floor. The one on the third floor is in the ceiling. You take the white remote and use the arrow buttons to adjust the temperature. The temperature appears on the screen on the remote. There is a remote on each floor but they work interchangeably. If you have to change the mode, the sun=heat and the snowflake=ac.
