Bedrooms: The main villa includes two spacious bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Self-Contained Cottage:

Third Bedroom: This tranquil cottage houses the third bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat with an en suite bathroom, air conditioning, and added privacy.


Modern Furnishings: Recently redecorated with contemporary decor, the villa boasts enhanced amenities for a luxurious stay.

Cassia Heights 29 is set on a bluff with breathtaking views of the championship 18-hole golf course, adjoining lake, and the Caribbean Sea beyond. It's perfect for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure.

Perks:
Social Membership: Guests can enjoy social membership at the resort, providing access to exclusive amenities.

As per the new Royal Westmoreland policy, guests staying at properties with Full or Social Membership are required to pay a weekly fee to access resort amenities. This includes the food & beverage outlets, sanctuary pool, gym, tennis, padel and pickleball courts, Mullins Beach Club and shuttle service. The resort fees are as follows:

1 - 2 bedroom: USD $100 per week
3 bedroom: USD $125 per week
4+ bedrooms: USD $150 per week

Payment can be made at the Reception Desk when collecting guest passes. Passes will be valid for the duration corresponding to the period paid.
