"The hotel was very clean and spacious. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The breakfast area was expansive and many choices on the food buffet. Overall, a great experience."

"Great stay for a family of 3, King bed with a pull out couch, comfy beds, good blackout drapes, easy check in, very clean new hotel and lobby, pool and hot tub area was nice and clean, good location, easy to find, parking was easy, friendly staff, close to Walmart and tons of restaurants (handy after a long day of travel). We only stayed 1 night and left before breakfast so did not get a chance to try that. Would recommend!"

"The staff were absolutely amazing, so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is a little older, but very clean. Keeping in mind that it can come off as outdated. A little bit of water pressure/drainage issues. Despite the minor issues, we would definitely sat here again! It is in a prime location next to lots of shopping and eating places. You could literally walk to just about anything you needed. "

"Clean, spacious rooms. Very, very comfortable beds. Room keys worked smoothly with no issue. Staff was open and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was well balanced with fruit and meat as well as the usual carbs. Facility close to many amenities. We stayed here 3 days, visiting SLC to see the U of U commencement ceremony. The hotel stay was easy and made everything go smoothly. We are happy to recommend the hotel and would stay here again if in SLC. Well done, Crystal Inn!"

"The hotel was in a clean, safe area, well lit and accessible. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was fresh and filling. The only problem was our room had a light bulb that was out, and the shade was broken, we were unable to put the shade up. We did report this to the front desk in the morning. Other than that, everything was great."

"This is supposed to be a budget 3-star hotel, so be prepared for some of the worst front desk service imaginable. They require a ridiculous $200 per night incidental deposit at a hotel where rooms cost around $80 a night, and to make things worse, their payment terminal doesn’t even support wireless payments. Bring a physical card, or the staff will immediately tell you to cancel your reservation and still charge you 85% of the booking. When you enter your room, don’t be surprised to find trash...

"Please stop advertising that you have a pool. The pool looks like it has not been used in years, it’s broken down and being used as storage. The hotel itself is dirty and smells horrible (especially the first floor). The staff is rude and unhelpful. The room is basic nothing special the floor is filthy, the bedding is old, stained, ripped and rough. We had to go out to purchase new towels to use. The towels that are provided are dirty and stained. The bathroom was gross the toilet and tub were...
