If you are a lover of old stones, nature and tranquillity, this lovely Breton stone house will be your ideal refuge during a stay in the Finistère region. This charming building is ideally located in a quiet area while being close to the sea, with the magnificent beach of the 3 moutons being located 1 km on foot.
Upon entering the house, you will find a large living room full of charm with its fireplace that will allow you to warm up by the fire after a winter walk on the hiking trail. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, you will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet as well as a master suite with its 160 x 200 bed and its bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, you will find the 3 other bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: one is equipped with a bunk bed, and the other with 2 single beds. The last bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, thus allowing 2 single beds or a double bed in 160. At this level, you will also find a large bathroom with a double sink, a shower, a toilet, the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
Finally, on the 2nd floor you will find a large room with its small sea view from the window. This room is equipped with a table and a sofa, ideal for children to play or for everyone to get together to play a board game, for example!
Outside, you can enjoy a very large garden, an outdoor table or sun loungers to enjoy the lovely summer days. The house is located in a quiet little street, you can easily access the beach of the 3 sheep on foot, the GR34 also passes through the dunes of this beach.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit.
In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most tourist sites of the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: go and explore the islands of Ouessant or Molène departing from the lovely, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or discover the lighthouse of Ile Vierge, visit the Saint Matthieu point, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, the Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the fine arts museum in Brest...
For children, you will also find nearby: La récré des 3 curés (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent spots for kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing are located nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
