The space
Located near Grand Bend Marina, Main Strip and Sun Beach. Renovated and brand new to Airbnb. Keyed entry, Open Concept with natural light. Brand new doors and windows for breath taking nature views. Every room in the home has a beautiful view. The property is situated on a quiet cul de sac in Southcott Pines. It is a water front lot on the Ausable River. The river features skating in the winter months. There has been great attention payed to detail. Furnishings are premium. Kitchen features a 6 burner gas stove, farm house sink and seating for seven around large island, open to family room. Additional seating is featured adjacent to the kitchen, perfect for outdoor dining and evening relaxation. The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite is also on the main floor. The circular staircase leads you to the loft area where the kids will love to hang out and sleep. There is a large ground level walkout that features a sectional, 65" flat screen smart TV. This area is open and perfect for the entire family to play games and watch movies! Very cozy with the fireplace on! The ground level has three additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed, Two are identical rooms with two double beds. There are two bathrooms to accommodate the lower level. Laundry room on lower level.
The home is situated in a quiet magical matured treed lot that backs onto the Old Ausable River. It resembles a magical wonderland with soft squishy moss, sounds of woodpeckers, owls and other creatures in the beautiful, relaxing setting. You can either nature walk to the main strip in minutes or towards the pinery. The walk to the beach is minutes where there is a path way that takes you to a private Sun Beach. The beach is sandy and shallow perfect for sunbathers, family picnics and lots of fun for children. The main beach offers entertainment for all. Grand Bend is known for its beautiful sunsets. People gather at the beach every evening to experience natures beauty.
