"The host and hostess were very helpful and gracious. Originally we were disappointed the upstairs lounge was closed except for breakfast dining but they allowed us access to the area. It was actually quite nice to bring our own wine up there and enjoy the views and space. "I booked this hotel for my birthday trip and all I can say was it was absolutely AMAZING! The service from the beginning of the trip to the end was great. The men who checked me and my husband in were so kind and welcoming. The ladies Olga and Danae were so kind and helpful.
