The room was presentable, but we noticed the carpet must be dirty because the bottoms of our feet would get black.

The problem was with the room. There was very little attempt to clean it if any. There were hair balls on the floor and on the counter near the sink, dirty shoe prints on the bed comforter,...

Stay was good, staff extremely helpful but would not recommend a room near on the first floor."

"Carpets in the hallway were stained. Outdoor pool was empty and filled with dirty rain water. It looked disgusting. Maybe cover it for the winter. The “gym” was dark with only two working lights and terrible equipment. The were a pair of dirty socks from the previous guest on the desk chair in the room No maid service to make up the room or bring fresh towels. Something they really should disclose at check in. One vending machine for snacks or drink. At best this is a one star hotel."
