"Everything was fantastic"

"Minor things: ice & vending signs on each floor, they have only ice during our stay. Apperently several ice machines were not working. However, they did have vending in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Walk in shower was an additional perk."

"Front desk check in was awful my debit card was charged for the total room instead for the incidental fee of $20.00 I tried several times trying to receive my refund in the amount of $105.67 my bank account was charged. I called Marriott customer service stated I would be receiving my refund on February 29th (no 29th in this month) tried to speak with the manager “Crystal” so rude over talked me said it was a problem between me and my bank. As of this date 04-07-2026 not received my refund....

"Old without repairs in room, nasty stains on chair in room, no hair dryer in room, evening staff person unfriendly, no breakfast included, no freezer in mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. "

"I’m a little confused on how this hotel got the ratings that it did… the neighborhood is very sketchy. Men in the parking lot jamming out, homeless population right outside the hotel, etc… I (woman) was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Would not stay again. Carpets were stained and sticky feeling, AC didn’t work in the first room I was out in. Hotel is old and did not feel very clean. Very disappointed, being that the reviews I saw were pretty good…really not sure how it got such high...

"We found a used condom in socks in our room and we were told to clean it ourselves or we could get a new room. Do not recommend this hotel. "

"Nice property. Friendly staff. Breakfast was OK although meat options were unclear (as in we weren't sure what the meat was). Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit of a pain to operate but picture quality was excellent. Biggest complaint was the ridiculous operating system for the shower.
