The room was perfect for us. It was very clean. It had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. Our only thing that we would have preferred was a bit better mattress. It didn’t support two people real well in my opinion. Still a 5 star place. Would book it again if we are in the area.

The manager of the property was easy to get in touch with. However, the walls were paper thin, and it was not quiet and peaceful. I asked for my money back because the tv from the person renting the room next to mine was blasting the tv from 1030 until the magic hour of 3 something am when I finally sent the manager of this property a message. Miraculously, the neighbor got in his vehicle and left shortly after that. I seriously could hear even word of the family feud show from the moment I arrived until the moment he left. The next day, the key pad would not work. I had to email the property manager, and have it reset. It was overall just frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.

Edgar was immediately responsive to all questions we had. Studio 4A was as clean as the best hotels we've stayed in. Air conditioning maintained the temperature with normal sound levels. There was minimal noise from other guests. The studio was a little difficult to locate because it is accessed from a rear lane which our gps misidentified.

Weekend visit

Excellent weekend getaway visiting family. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Communication with host was great, they checked in often to make sure all of our needs were met. It was close and convenient to our family.Will definitely stay again if available.

We were in town for a wedding and this place was 3 minutes from the venue. We could not have found a more perfect place. It was just me and my husband and we had plenty of room! Will definitely stay again!

Great stay!

I stayed here for 3 nights while volunteering at a clinic and it was great. Super close to the RP Funding center where the clinic was and it was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for 1-2 people!

Great stay

Very clean property that is represented properly in VRBO. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice new tiled shower and kitchen area. The rain style shower head is a plus. The bed is very soft! If you prefer a very soft bed Unit 4A is the right choice. The owner (Edgar) is very responsive. Unfortunately the hot water heater was not working properly. Edgar and his plumbing help tried to fix it once but it still failed. The second attempt got it fixed. I overall rated 4 stars based on hot water problems but overall it is a nice place.

Perfect and Wonderful

I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and very comfortable, and had everything you would need. The host was always prompt with responding if something came up and was very polite and helpful. It was very well priced when I booked it, and I honestly cannot think of something negative to say. Thank you again for the wonderful space!

Great studio in Lakeland

My wife and I stayed here for a week while catching spring training baseball. Nice and close to the ballpark and the Florida State College campus. The proximity to campus allowed for bike rides around the lake in the morning. It was also a very easy trip to downtown for restaurants and groceries. I also had my bicycle with me and the apartment was close to a number of local parks. This was a real treat. The place is very tastefully decorated and very well laid out. It is small but its layout makes it feel more the big enough for what we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened in patio for early morning breakfast and chilling out in the evening. A dedicated parking spot is also a great touch. Hot water was in short supply so that kept our shower time to a minimum. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again when we return for more baseball.

Clean, Cozy & Centrally Located!

Loved our stay! It was easy to find, clean and cozy. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. The property manager was very response with a hot water issue that ended up being user error (we turned the handle the wrong way, imagine eye rolling emoji). It was perfect for our needs and was within minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this property!
