Spacious Pool House....completely Private!!

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the location; half-way between Tampa and Orlando!! The privacy, comfy bed, and the full kitchen are bonuses!! There is a washer/dryer and Jacuzzi bath tub as well. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The swimming pool is not separated from the pool house, therefore, the space is not ideal for very small children.
The space
The Pool House is a Spanish style, 2 story home. The bedroom area is located upstairs and flows into a game room area or common area which is used to accommodate additional guests for sleeping. There is no wall between spaces but there is an accordion screen and furniture positioned to allow complete privacy.
Guest access
Home is completely private with it's own washer/dryer/fireplace/ jacuzzi bathtub. Guests will have access to pool, which is in common area between pool house and main house. Even though the area is common, during your stay, we will not be using the pool area. I will be outside occasionally for maintenance of pool, plants, etc.
Other things to note
Nestled closely between Tampa International and Orlando International Airports. Country setting but very close to everything!!! I do recommend having your own transportation. Plan on bringing groceries, condiments, and other necessities during your stay. The refrigerator will be freshly cleaned and empty. There will be coffee and maybe tea, water and some snacks available, but for the most part, you'll want to plan your stay as if you were visiting a hotel.
