The house is a one story 4-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental has everything you need for a picture-perfect stay in Lakeland Florida! Enjoy a quiet and secluded environment that offers easy access to I-4. If you wish to venture out towards Busch Gardens or Walt Disney World, this location is a great in-between access to both. With plenty of room to relax and indulge in time of relaxation, this house will give you all the comfort you are looking for.

Nice place to stay

Sutton Ridge house was nice. We came up for our daughter's graduation from Florida Southern College and we had family over for dinner and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Nice house

House was nice. Backyard was also nice. Lakeland is a nice town, lots of parks if you like to walk. Needed to drive to everything.

Clean, modern 4 br

Outstanding stay. Property is new, new furnishings, appliances. Especially liked big backyard. Shaded table on backyard patio with umbrella. Fire Pit with 4 chairs. Two couples on a golf trip. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful

This place is really as big or bigger than it looks. And the yard for sure is much bigger than the pictures show. It is a new home, awesome layout with the kitchen, dining, and living all opened. Master suite is very big with walk in Closet. Other 3 bedrooms are in another suite area. Furniture is very comfortable. Laundry room is great. 2 car garage, quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful home and we absolutely would stay there again. The host is wonderful to work with.

Lakeland

House was very nice, owner communicated on a great level, however, the cleanliness of the place was very disappointing. But the owner was very apologetic and said he used a new cleaner and would resolve the issue.
