At the end of a private road on mountains, in the middle of stunning Northern California forests, you can find this adorable mountain home living on five acres of seclusion. With two large decks and a very unique forest lounge, this home is the prefect place for you to enjoy the breathtaking views of mountains and forest with your friends and family. While this lovely home is an outstanding private getaway, it is less than 15 mins to Bailey Cove, Waters Gulch , Shasta Caverns and more.

ALL AREAS OF THE PROPERTY ARE NOW EQUIPPED WITH A SPLIT SYSTEM TO PROVIDE ULTIMATE COMFORT FOR GUESTS ALL YEAR ROUND, ENSURING A PLEASANT STAY NO MATTER THE SEASON.

Every aspect of this home is designed to offer you a unique experience.

Interior:
While the home is equipped to host 12 people, we think the perfect group size is 10. However, we would be more than happy to host all 12 of you; just keep in mind, it will be a little cozier.

The living room has two sliding doors to the first-floor huge deck where you can watch the most beautiful forest and mountain views during the day and stargaze during the night. The sitting area consists of two rocking chairs and a 3-Piece upholstered sectional sofa. On the left side, there is a lovely wood-burning fireplace with two hand braided round seats and ottoman. Also, a smart TV is installed , so you can login into your favorite streaming apps and watch the programs of your choice. This space is illuminated with a handmade angled driftwood nautical floor lamp and a wooden pendant light.

The dining table is placed between two large windows with forest views. With the handcrafted wall decorations and painting, this area offers a very peaceful feeling while dining with your loved ones.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to cook you and your family a tasteful dinner. It includes a fridge, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender etc.

The master bedroom has a JETTED HOT TUB and a huge walking closet. It also gives you a direct access to the 2nd floor deck where you can see some of the best mountain views in the area.

The designated office area has a sliding door right next to the desk where you can watch the forest while doing your work. This office is equipped with two 24-inch monitors, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a USB-C docking station! We really thought about everything you need to get it done!! *You will have access to UNLIMITED high-speed Wi-Fi, which is extremely rare in this area.*

The other three bedrooms are all equipped with memory foam mattresses providing a comfortable space for your group.

Exterior:
*A very unique covered FOREST LOUNGE is what we built to offer you one of the most memorable experiences ever. You can enjoy your time in the middle of the forest while watching your favorite movie on the 100-inch projection screen around the outdoor fireplace or playing pool with your friends and family.*

*On the huge first floor deck, you can relax and unwind in one of the HOT TUB's captain seats and a unique jet configuration targeting different muscle groups.* There is a BBQ Grill and dining table for you to make the food of your choice and eat while taking fresh air.

On the second floor deck, you get a different angle to enjoy the outstanding mountain views.

There is also an attached 2-car garage with a 220V outlet for electric car.

This unique mountain home is less than 2 miles away ( less than 10 minutes) from highway 5 exit sitting on a private road. Please note the last mile to the home is unpaved. While the snow is shoveled in the winter, it is recommended to use chains. There is a lot of space to park your cars, SUV's, trucks, RV's and boats. As we said before, this is designed for your convenience and to let you have one of the best experiences.

For your ease, there is a smart lock at the front door. Just enter the provided pass code and walk into your beautiful home for the next few days, weeks or months!

While this lovely home is the perfect private getaway, it is only:

Due to air quality requirements and weather conditions, open burning is banned all across the county without required permit.

There is a wildlife around you in this peaceful place. You might see deer, bears, and wild cats during your stay. Please keep a safe distance and don't feed the under any circumstances. While your safety is our number one concern, we would like to ask you to respect their lives as well.
