The Bedroom features a King bed with a memory foam mattress and walk in closet.

Black out shades are found throughout the apartment for comfort and privacy.

The sofa bed in the living room pulls out to a queen bed, with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. Additional linens and pillows are provided in the bedroom closet.

The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a Keurig coffee maker ( both hot & iced ! )blender, cookware and utensils ( just to name a few ) and all appliances; refrigerator, range, microwave , dishwasher and toaster.

Towards the back of the property there is a beautiful built in BBQ area, featuring an electric grill, cooking sink and a gorgeous quartz counter top, perfect for prep space.

There are also comfortable chairs and side tables great for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Be sure to relax in the fun swinging chair, perfect for unwinding and taking in the warm Florida sun!

Check in time is 4pm. Access to the property is keyless and contactless. You will be able to self -check in any time after check-in time. The day before your arrival you will receive the check in instructions with the code to the front door.
FREE on- site parking is available. Parking spaces are assigned and will reflect your apartment #. A parking diagram will be emailed to you at time of booking.

Guests have access to the amenity area towards the back of the property which features the BBQ area and lounge seating.

Coffee, tea and other refreshments are offered complimentary.

A pack n play and high chair are available upon request at NO EXTRA CHARGE .
