The property sits along N Federal Highway in Lake Worth Beach, a genuinely walkable downtown known for its art, local restaurants and cafes. Downtown Lake Ave is the heart of it, with independent dining and coffee spots within reach, and a Publix nearby for anything you need. Brogues Down Under is a local favorite in the area.



Lake Worth Beach and its pier are about 2 miles east - an easy drive - where Benny's on the Beach serves right on the pier. From here you're also well positioned for Palm Beach Island and downtown West Palm Beach, both a short drive away for more shopping, dining and waterfront strolling.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around from here and free parking is included on premises, with an assigned spot. Downtown Lake Worth Beach is walkable for dining and coffee, while the beach and pier are about 2 miles east. I-95 is close for trips to Palm Beach Island and downtown West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach International Airport is a short drive. Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area.
