The kitchen, dining and living area has been designed with guest entertainment in mind with open plan living. The kitchen is equipped with brand new modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and amenities, a stainless steel bench top with breakfast bar and stools. The dining area has heat & aircon pump and a bi-folding window which opens right up and offers guest interaction with the outdoor deck.

A cosy lounge area to relax, watch tv or play board games (some supplied). A wood burner too enjoy during those cold winter months. Bi-folding doors to open on warm summer days and take in the fresh mountain air.

Make the most of the outdoor deck area, also roofed with inbuilt lighting a great space to enjoy a drink, entertain and unwind, star gaze at night.

The bedrooms have been given much love and attention. Beds are comfortable with ample pillows. Freshly - laundered, matching linens towels and face cloths are supplied to ensure guest hygiene. The decor is homely and inviting for a peaceful nights sleep. All bedrooms have side tables and lamps. Bedroom one has a super king bed and wardrobe. Bedroom two has queen bed a ensuite and storage bench. Bedroom three has a queen bed and storage bench. Bedroom four is smallest room with bunk beds.

The bathrooms are equipped with all your needs, showers only. including heater and heated towel rail. The hairdryer is located in main bathroom.

Laundry room with wash basin, washing machine and dryer, washing powder supplied.

Complimentary tea coffee sugar, individually bottled toiletry including conditioning shampoo and body wash. Hand soap and also face wipes for makeup removal. ( please do not use face cloths for make up removal )

High chair & Port-a-cot available ( on request ) free of charge ( please let us know if port-a-cot is required so we can set it up for your stay as it not stored in home )

Wifi and Sky TV is also provided for your convenience.
