Comfort Suites Crossville
Stayed in room 301, near the stairs. The hall way stunk near the room. Found out from the staff, they had a roof leak and it got the carpet wet. They've been cleaning it, but still smells. My stay here was absolutely awful. I specifically requested a first-floor room when making my reservation, but upon arrival I was placed on the third floor. Upgraded Lake Tansi Condo – 3BR Comfort & Cozy Vibes!
Rooms were ok but kind of smelled. The sheets had some stains along with the towels provided after not having enough. Was a good stay if you are only there to sleep but idk maybe I’m just picky
