Luxury 4BD Home w/ EV Charging Station at Old Greenwood!

Situated in the historic town of Truckee on 600 acres of towering pines and blue sage covered hills, Old Greenwood, Lake Tahoe's premier four season luxury resort, offers a magnificent setting for the discriminating Lake Tahoe vacationer. Built in 2019, this 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom residence is located in the newest enclave of luxury cabins in Old Greenwood - the Signature Home Collection. A modern take on the classic 4-bedroom single family residence, this home combines classic mountain architecture and clean modern interiors. The open floor plan features an expansive great room with 2-story vaulted ceilings, and a spacious kitchen with Wolf and KitchenAid appliances, as well as two primary suites. Outside, an expansive deck with a hot tub is the perfect place for enjoying a Truckee sunset. Upstairs offers a second living area with a TV, an office, and two more guest suites. Added bonus is an electric car charging station located in the garage of the residence!

*This home has air conditioning

*Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.

- This home has Ring smart home security cameras installed on the exterior of the home. Video coverage includes the walkway to the front deck and front deck area, driveway, and steps to the mudroom door. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. No video or audio is recorded inside the home.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.

This is a beautiful rental home. It is immaculate and well-maintained. The kitchen is stocked and has everything you need to cook anything. There is also a full spice rack. The furnishings are lovely. The home is on a golf course and it is quiet but there is easy access to Rt 80, Truckee and the lake. We loved everything about the home with the small exception of the pillows. Otherwise, the home is perfect.

Pretty great

This property is really nice. I mean usually i can make a list to complain about even in the best homes. here I could only come up with master bedroom pillows are seriously cheap along with most of the kitchen supplies but overall the house is fantastic.

Nice home with some rough edges

So many great homes in Old Greenwood, this one was "ok" and probably over-priced. For a premium price you expect everything to be perfect, this place was close but not quite there. Blinds in MBR kept sliding down, dishwasher fuse kept blowing out, a few other issues. Management company was very nice but didn't really fix anything. Not a disaster but not perfect. I'd choose another place in Old Greenwood over this one.

Incredible Cabin

It was my husbands 60th birthday and our son flew in from New York and his sister and brother all came in. The cabin had room for everyone and the kitchen was a dream. Love the wolf stove and all the pans and equipment you had. The Barracuda Golf tournament was going on and we got an opportunity to sit outside on the incredible patio furniture and watch them golf through. This is a cabin that has it all!!!

Wonderful Property and environment

Phenomenal Golf Vacation Home

We are a group of 8, 4 couples that love to golf, cook, and drink great wine. This home provided each couple with a beautiful and comfortable bedroom with it's own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we need to prepare great meals and serve them. Plenty of glassware, dishes, and utensils. We loved eating at the beautiful redwood slab dinning room table. The outdoor area was perfect for that glass of wine and watching the golfers pass by. This home is located on the 10 fairway that's a par 5. This home was spotless, and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The golf course was in great condition so we golfed there twice, also golfed at Coyote Moon, and Gray's Crossing all courses we loved. We are now looking to book 2 weeks next June in this same home. The management was super wonderful too!

Beautiful new home. Hot tub and firepit are amazing. Wonderfully furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Everything for an enjoyable and comfortable family stay.

Great Family Get-Away

We really appreciated how clean and well-appointed the house was - perfect for a family get-away. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together but also to have privacy, if we wanted it. We were able to all sit down to eat together inside and outside, which was really nice. And the kids loved the kid-sized picnic table and toasting marshmallows at the fire table. Our son loved the access to the golf course. Old Greenwood is in a great location - close to everything wonderful that Tahoe/Donner has to offer.

Beautiful property centrally located to most of the major ski areas and town.

We certainly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The access to the Pavillion was a nice addition . The home was well appointed and very comfortable for our group. It was in a great location convenient to the markets and all the major ski areas. We made good use of the BBQ and wonderful kitchen. We enjoyed our meals in the home and the large dining table that accommodated is very well. The only suggestions I would have for larger groups is to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. They only provide two toilet paper rolls per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels. We stayed a week and quickly ran out of both. Overall a wonderful place to stay!
