There is also a closet to store your coats and boots. The second floor has two en-suite bedrooms that both hold queen beds with private baths and a washer/dryer located between the bedrooms. There is a good-sized deck with a BBQ grill to enjoy the outdoors and a detached garage is available for storage of your sporting supplies (a car will not fit and watercraft are for public use).

The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
