Right in the heart of Lake placid, this beautiful, spacious home has A/C and is all about location, style and comfort. It is located within a very short walk to Mirror Lake which includes private beach access to Mirror Lake and only minutes away from famous Lake Placid. In addition, you are just on the backside but still close to Main Street in the Village of Lake Placid. This home is the perfect location for your family or group getaway. As you have the best of all three .. privacy , restaurants, shopping opportunity and outdoor adventure! Loaded with extra amenities, this home features 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a beautiful Adirondack fireplace, a large dining room, a wine bar, Wi-Fi, throughout, an 8 person Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, ADK firepit, A customized POOL TABLE, a ping pong table, book collection, puzzles , movies and games galore for the kids and kids at heart! There is a mini fridge as well in the garage which is set up as an extended game room. For those who wish to stay inside, there are two 40 inch flat screen TV's equipped with gaming options if you wish to bring along with you..
Wanting to go outside... you will enjoy the Azure's grounds which are gorgeous and filled with adirondack mountain flowers and botanical bushes. There is plenty of room to start up a game of volleyball, croquet and or football toss! This home is truly a dream come true! The PRIVATE BEACH of Mirror Lake is only available to our guests. It is just minutes away - talk a short walk through our backyard and down the hill and you are there. The Beach features picnic tables and a dock. We share the Beach with a few other private owners. Owners are deeded private use for 2 hours a day . From 4-6pm. The other hours of he day are open for our guests to use and enjoy. We ask that these hours are respected. Thank you.

The 7 bedrooms include 2 kings, 4 queens, 1 twin, and 2 bunk-beds. All of the bedding is 600+ thread count cotton and all beds have cozy pillow tops, so you have luxurious and comfortable sleeping accommodations. There are deep closets, extra blankets and pillows in every bedroom.

The bathrooms are all well equipped with soft plush towels and new showers. For your convenience, there are hairdryers in all of the bathrooms.

There is a large BBQ grill on the porch and plenty of outdoor chairs and large tables to enjoy warm weather and outdoor dinners. A large ADK fire pit surrounded by plenty of outdoor seating. Please remember to inquire about staying at one of our seven other Luxury ADK Vacation Rentals. Each is distinct and part of our StayADK Luxury Portfolio of homes. Established guests receive a discount.

Per property and casualty Insurance and local zoning and code recommendations - security cameras are above exit doors only. These are in plain sight and can be disabled by the guest request upon check in. There is absolutely no camera or monitoring of any kind inside this home. Also, this is a private home, there are no handicap accommodations. If you or your loved one needs special assistance or special accommodations do not book this home. We enjoyed our recent stay at Azure Lodge in Lake Placid and found the house to be big enough to easily accommodate our group of twelve. We particularly enjoyed the large dining room, the game room and pool table, the back deck, the fire pit, the hot tub, and the comfortable beds. The location is very near the town of Lake Placid and there is easy access to Mirror Lake for swimming or just relaxing. The host was responsive, but she loves to talk. The lodge needs some new furniture, particularly in the living room and the game room. The kitchen needs reorganizing and some upgrading, and while there were plenty of plates and bowls, there were not enough glasses and no teaspoons when we arrived. (The host did quickly address these problems.) With a little work and a pre-arrival inventory to make sure kitchen equipment is adequate for the size of the group this could be a five star property.”

Great location, house spacious, though upgrades needed

Stayed a week with friends, adults and kids. We had a great time in the area and enjoyed the private beach. Location was perfect. The house had plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor space was great as well with the deck, hot tub, and big yard. Owner, Ann, was very kind. A few detractors, though, including furniture that was very old and very used. The beds that were labeled queen seemed more like a full size. Be prepared to bring basics for the kitchen like dishwasher detergent and a clean sponge. Renters are not allowed to use the private beach from 4-6 pm, which would have been helpful to know when deciding on renting the property. Definitely want to go back to the area, would explore other properties from this owner or others.

Lovely family weekend at Lake Placid

The property was spacious with its seven bedrooms and was able to accommodate our family! There was great common space where we could gather in both the dining room and the living space. The game rooms with pool, ping-pong, and foosball were also fun for all. It was in a wonderful location. The property managers were very responsive, even when we called about some malfunctioning plumbing in one of the bathrooms. The only caveat is we were not expecting to meet up with and have to sign an additional formal contract with the owner before the stay as this was not common for any other vrbos we have stayed in the past. Some of the furniture and fixtures were in need of updating for the price of the rental, and there could have been more toilet paper and basic toiletries fit the price, but the actual decor of the main living space was beautiful and rustic and there was ample kitchen equipment to cook. Overall, everything was very comfortable and truly met our needs in a beautiful piece of the Earth.

A Gathering of Friends

For 35 years our group of friends have gathered to hang out, play golf, hike, and explore new sites in nature. We were able to do that at the Azure property. Thank you Ann for introducing us to a new location in Lake Placid.

Well-equipped and spacious lodge near Mirror Lake

We had a fantastic stay at the Azure Lodge in Lake Placid! The lodge was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The amenities were well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and grill outside. One of the highlights was the short walk to the private beach at Mirror Lake, which offered a peaceful and scenic retreat. The lodge also had plenty of games to entertain kids and adults alike, pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games and puzzles. Overall, the Azure Lodge exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Lake Placid.

Great Place for Multiple Families

We were three families (3 sets of couples with 8 kids between the ages of 8-15). There are plenty of bedrooms and sleeping arrangements. The kids primarily stayed to the downstairs level utilizing the couch & TV, pool table, and garage-rec room. The parents hung out upstairs in the giant living room, dining room, and kitchen. There were plenty of bath towels for all. The back deck, fire pit area, and hot tub were great additions to the property. The beach access is awesome! Ann, the guest relations director, was friendly, professional, and very responsive to communication.

Family Weekend In Lake Placid

Great weekend! Great house! We had 14 adults and two children under the age of 2. Plenty of room for all. The house was decorated beautiful, it was clean, the large deck with grill and hot tub was awesome! The main living room (Great Room) was perfect for a large group. It had lots of room/small gathering spaces for people to have separate conversations but still all be together in the same room. The property manager Ann was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Family reunion

We stayed here for a family reunion, ages 2 to 76. There were 14 of us and the space was perfect for us. The teens had 2 game rooms which they made great use of. We never felt crowded. Our host Ann met us upon arrival and made us feel very welcome. House was walkable to town and beach! Would definitely go back! Lots to do in the area.

Guys trip

Great trip to Lake Placid thanks in large part to this property. It was in great shape and working with Ann was fantastic. Plenty of space for outdoor and indoor activities and we were able to sleep 9 adults no problem. The property had the perfect balance of being secluded for privacy but also close enough to the town for a short Uber ride or walk. Next trip to Lake Placid we will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great. We've been coming for 8 years now for a men's hockey tournament and this is our favorite house yet. Incredible spacious with great privacy for a large group, very well stocked kitchen, couldn't ask for more. Looking forward to our return!

Extended Family getaway

Just returned home from a weekend stay with extended family for sister-in-law's 40th birthday celebration. Everything about our stay was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Communication with property management was excellent. The one was exactly the right size for our group sp everyone had their own space for sleeping, and the teenagers in our group had their own private areas to hang out, play pool, foozeball, or ping pong while the adults were all able to gather in the living room/dining rom areas to watch playoff football and celebrate a birthday.
