Centrally Located Modern Studio With Gorgeous View

This newly built, spacious studio apartment is in the prestigious Signal Hill neighborhood between Lake Placid and Mirror Lakes. STR-210003
It features gorgeous views of Whiteface Mountain and the Lake and is fully furnished with a queen bed and a sofa bed. It is five minutes from Main Street, Lake Placid, full of shopping, dining, swimming, and boating activities. It is a place for a cozy getaway for two guests, those who enjoy local meals and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of car parking is available.

The hosts were wonderful and helped us out when we had trouble getting our car up the snowy Lake Placid hills (word of note, compact cars may not make it up the hills in winter). The place was super cute and clean, very quiet which we loved. When you open the shades the mountains are in clear view. We also didn't have any trouble walking to Main St to the stores, restaurants, and Olympic skating arena and museum. Great location!

Wonderful stay at this charming studio apartment. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged—perfect for a solo traveler or couple looking to explore Lake Placid. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Main Street, Mirror Lake, and plenty of great restaurants and shops.The kitchenette was well-equipped for simple meals. Parking was easy, and check-in was seamless. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy home base in Lake Placid.

Meticulously clean property. Cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. Very quiet location with nice rear Mountain View. A few minutes walk to main street to access restaurants and stores. A few minutes walk to beautiful lake placid and Mirror Lake and just a few miles to the Adirondak Rail trail and many hiking trails.

We loved this studio apartment! Super clean and comfy. Was decorated and supplied with upscale furnishings. The neighborhood was fantastic with beautiful homes. We could have walked downtown but drove instead to explore other areas closeby. The parking lots downtown were easy to access and the parking kiosks were easy to use. The downtown shops and restaurants were great. We loved visiting the Olympic sports complexes....especially the ice rink, ski jump and bobsled facilities. Also, driving around Mirror Lake was beautiful. Angela was quick to reply (almost instantly) to a couple questions we had. We would love to stay here again if we make our way back to Lake Placid. The studio and town were charming!

Quiet and lovely stay

Communication with the owner was quick and responsive. The place was exactly as the pictures and listing. You have your own dedicated parking space next to the entrance. The apartment is actually a carriage house above the owner’s garage. It had all the amenities needed for a multi day stay. We made good use of the washer and dryer as we were there for a sports tournament and needed to run laundry frequently. It was very easy to walk into Main Street in downtown from the apartment. We will definitely stay there again when next in Lake Placid.

My wife and I stayed her for our trip to Lake Placid. It was absolutely incredible! Quaint, perfectly sized and very adequate for all of our needs, including making breakfast every morning. It had everything we needed and it was the PERFECT location. Walking distance to many attractions, including Mirror Lake activities, as well as trail heads, restaurants and shops. We also met the owners (and their grandson) and they were very respectful and accommodating.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this property and were completely satisfied. The location was very convenient for walking to town and short easy drives to hiking and golf. The space was clean, comfortable and private. We can highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again!
