Welcome to Emerald Bay 56-1B, a beautiful condo with a stunning view!


The view from this beautiful Emerald Bay condo will have you spending a lot of time on the screened deck! This two bedroom, two bath unit features a King bed in the Master Suite, access to the deck, flat screen tv and a private bath with his and her sinks and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom features two queen beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
The living room is complete with plenty of seating, a large flat screen tv, electric fireplace, and access to the screened deck with a breathtaking view of the main channel.
The dining area features seating for four with two more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your own meals and enjoy your Lake experience. The kitchen comes complete with a full sized refrigerator, flat surface range, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal.
You will also enjoy the amenities of the Emerald Bay complex including two pools, one close to your unit and the other located right at the water's edge overlooking the lake. There is also a tennis court and basketball goal.
The Emerald Bay complex is located close to restaurants, including Little Rizzo's, The Bend Grill and Bar and Barn B Que within one mile, the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, groceries, attractions and more!

Tons of condos in LOA....don't settle for this one

Property has two pools. However, the listing nor the property mgmt company advertised that the larger pool is being replastered. In the middle of June?!?! With 96 degree temps outside, and a 10 year old, had we known this, we never would have booked. The other pool is the size of a large hot tub and was full of 50 year-old women that appeared to be having quiet time....not somewhere I would have felt comfortable taking my energetic 10 year old son during a break from baseball games. The condo itself was decent but in no way updated...old appliances, carpet, old tile, bathtubs, countertops, but priced the same as others that had been completely renovated. It was cozy and had an amazing view but the screened in patio tile floor had not been cleaned or swept, lots of dead bugs and dust and the grill area had charcoal and food crumbs all around it. The property grounds were not well kept....weeds everywhere, lawns were not maintained, stairways/concrete stained and dirty, spider webs, dusty....appeared as if the property doesn't get regular maintenance/pressure washing. I almost always overlook the things I'm mentioning in this review but for 350 a night in June for an outdated condo, there should have been two pools available or at the very least, we should have been made aware there was only ONE VERY SMALL pool available prior to booking. We checked out a day early......we were just not impressed at all. :(

Great place to stay! Lovely screened in deck with a nice view of the water. We really just spent our sleeping time there and were outside enjoying the area most of the day! I would stay here again!

Family Getaway

Really enjoyed the condo. Liked sitting out on the deck and seeing the view of the lake. There are a few things that should be addressed. The sliding glass door is extremely heavy and hard to open. The radio picked up nothing. Just got a lot of static. Lastly the stairs down to the condo are steep (especially the bottom step) and the railings are not stable. As someone traveling with a few older people this is something very important to them to make them feel safe. Everything was fine and all did fine with them, but it was mentioned several times. Again, really liked condo. Not sure I would come back if traveling with the same group of people.

4th of July

We always stay at Emerald Bay for our annual 4th of July trips but this specific condo was the best one yet! Walking distance to the pool and minutes away from many restaurants and other amenities! Definitely will be staying here again

Long weekend stay

This condo was great! Located close to everywhere we wanted to go. Big enough for 5 adults and a 1 year old, my neice loved all the room to run around. Closed in porch was very nice, was safe for the 1 year old to walk around on. Kitchen was very well stocked and the rooms were nice sized! Would definitely rent again!!

Stunning views in a relaxing space

The first time we stepped through the door of the condo, my family all said the same word: “Wow!” The view of the lake is absolutely stunning. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. We all agreed that the condo was comfortably furnished and well stocked with the kitchen items we expected. The location of the unit was a short walk to the pool and a short drive from any activity we set out to do. Our only complaint was that the sliding door to the screened porch was very heavy and hard for our kids to open. We would happily stay here again!

Nice Condo

Very nice condo, location was easy to find and access different places at the lake. The accommodations were as described including nice furniture, well equipped kitchen and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone staying at the lake.

Screened deck was excellent with a nice view. Parking lot was not good at all, too small. Patio doors on condo required extreme effort to open or close. Condo was nice overall but lacked a homey feeling. An iron and ironing board were provided, however, I was very disappointed with the child size ironing board. I would have expected much better.

Perfect Long Weekend Escape

I spent 4 full days here with my teenage daughter and her best friend. The layout of the condo was perfect. Furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Nothing too worn. Beautifully decorated, just like in the photos. The view of Lake Ozark from the balconies is even better in person and very calming. I had a couple of "operator error" type issues when we first got into town with getting the hang of the door lock and getting the cable tv going. The Management was extremely prompt with responses along with being kind and patient. Would definitely recommend this property.

Emerald Bay 56 1-B

Extremely nice property. We loved the screened in deck. We wished the 2nd bedroom also had a TV. Some things we were used to finding in other condos were in very short supply, such as coffee, dishwasher detergent, and there was no dust pan (or at least we were unable to locate one). But overall the property was great!

Beautiful Property

The condo was fantastic, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the deck was breathtaking, and we loved the quick access to the pool, docks, and shopping. We would definitely return!

Quiet, safe community

Convenient location for enjoying LOTO. Walls are thin, you can hear neighbors frequently. Lovely, thoughtful decorated property that is clearly a family pride.
