We are excited to share our lakefront condo with you when we can't be there! Our condo can sleep up to 8 adults (or 10 with kids). Located on the 12MM off Horseshoe Bend (HH) in Lake Ozark, MO.

*We welcome kids! Plastic plates, bowls, silverware, and cups with lids/straws are provided. There is a nightlight in every bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom also contains a sound machine (with USB ports) and Smart TV with access to log into Disney+, Netflix, etc.

THE SPECIFICS ABOUT OUR HOME:
You will love this delightful lakefront condo with breathtaking views of the Main Channel at the 12MM with ALL the comforts of home. This is THE perfect home for families, friends, fisherman, and/or golfers!

You can travel light because we supply all bath towels, bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, salt, pepper, and assorted spices, dishwasher pods, trash bags, ziplock bags, and coffee filters.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with more than enough items to cook up a great meal. Has garbage disposal, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove, and microwave. Kitchen table has room for 6 and breakfast bar can seat 4.

Laundry Room:
Has full sized washer and dryer available for guests to use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Living Room:
Has a Smart TV, that includes cable, for catching the game or just taking a break. Large sliding door leads to the screened-in porch which looks out to the breathtaking Main Channel view. All of this is open to the kitchen so everyone can be a part of the conversations!

3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed with a Smart TV, that includes cable, and large windows of which look out onto the Lake. Has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bath towels are provided, including a makeup towel for easy removal.

Bunk Bed Room: Two Bunk Beds (twin over futon) that can sleep 4 adults or 6 kids. A Smart TV is provided. Has a full bathroom with a shower. All bath towels are provided, including a makeup towel for easy removal.

Guest Bedroom: Queen size bed with a Smart TV that includes cable. Has an adjoining full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All bath towels are provided, including a makeup towel for easy removal.

Porch:
Take in the unobstructed view of the Main Channel on lounge furniture (seats 5), a rocking chair, or a table and 4 chairs, while watching TV.

Parking:
Community parking lot (3 vehicles) just a few steps away from the front door - No Steps! No boats, RVs, or trailer parking.

LOCATION:
It is centrally located on the Horseshoe Bend Parkway (HH). Only minutes or a short Uber ride away from many waterfront restaurants and bars. It is also located in the center of many major golf courses.

The Bagnell Strip Dam can be found only 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy popular restaurants, parasailing, and watercraft rentals. There are miniature golf courses and go-kart tracks all around the Lake area. You could spend a week at the Lake and still not do and see everything.

Family get away

The place is beautiful, spacious, and clean. I will definitely be back. My dad loves watching the boats go by, the boys fished from sun up to sun down. My sister and I enjoyed the pool. Perfect.

Perfect getaway!

Very nice property to accommodate our larger group. Very comfortable and contained everything we needed. Owner/manager even helped us to find a bigger slip that would fit our boat. We did have some trouble communicating while trying to acquire the door code to get in, but it all worked out.

Wonderful place to stay at Lake of the Ozarks

We stayed at this property for a week for our family summer vacation and fit all of our needs. We ended up cooking several meals to save on food costs and had all of the necessary kitchen accessories to cook. Beautiful view of the lake from the screened in porch. The bedrooms each had their own bathroom which was a huge benefit. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to accommodate a family.

Clean but needs updates.

Needed some updating and leaked out on deck from property above when it rained. So seat cushions stayed wet. Just me and spouse stayed. The rest of our party couldn't make it. It had everything we needed.

Great experience

Condo was great location in the complex. Very near both pools and swim dock. Quiet area of the village. Plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own spaces. Loved the screened in porch, that was used quite often. Any questions and the contact person was quick to respond. The issues that came up were also promptly responded to by the contact person. Had loads of fun, thanks for the use of the condo.

Wonderful Deck & View

We had a very nice vacation staying at this property. The unobstructed view was amazing and we spent many hours relaxing on the comfy deck furniture and eating/playing games at the outdoor table. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. The complex was quiet and away from the over-crowded tourist area, but still close enough to restaurants and shopping, which was exactly what we were looking for. The two pools were nice and there was a dock for swimming as well. Parking was always available right out front of the condo. A few small cleanliness issues, but only one was enough of a problem to contact the host, and she remedied the problem immediately once we contacted her. We did contact her a few times over the week and she was always quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean condo- convenient location

Condo was very clean and host was quick to reply to any question we asked after arrival. Condo location was a few miles from many restaurants and activities. We spent every day at the condo pool and was able to relax completely.

Perfect condo for a perfect lake vacation!

My family of 6 LOVED this condo! We are experienced lakers, so I knew what I needed for our trip to the lake - this condo had it all! Super family friendly. Super clean! Loved the well-stocked kitchen and washer/dryer with soap and softener sheets readily available. The complex itself was so inviting. My husband and I are very active, so we loved the beautiful walks and hilly runs, games of tennis and swims in the gorgeous pool with gorgeous lake views. I could’ve stayed in the master all week just soaking up the spectacular lake view. We lived in the screened in porch. So much seating for several people. Annie was a great communicator. Would highly recommend this condo for your next stay. You couldn’t ask for more!! Thanks Annie!
