    Inside, you'll be delighted to find a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living space. Ideal for families, the spacious living room boasts a large sectional where a couple of kids can comfortably sleep. The condo is equipped with a brand-new (in 2023) 65-inch Roku TV and reliable WiFi, allowing you to stay connected. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, making it effortless to prepare delicious meals and snacks whenever you please.

    The lakeview primary suite has a luxurious king bed. The two additional bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, ensuring that everyone enjoys a peaceful night's sleep.

    Located within the prestigious Regatta Bay Condo Complex, conveniently situated in the Four Seasons area near Horseshoe Bend Parkway, you'll find a plethora of dining options and waterfront bars just moments away. You'll have access to the complex's fantastic amenities, including two outdoor seasonal swimming pools, tennis & pickleball courts, a swim dock and a basketball hoop. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

    Please note: There are exterior security cameras. The condo is 1 level up from parking. There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 5 miles away.

Regatta Bay is quite a ways down the road from Osage, Bagnell Dam etc. Took us anywhere from 15-45 minutes to drive. Great anemities at this condo! 2 pools, 2 pickelball courts, & basketball court. If you like to exercise, lots of hills in the complex, but a great walking path on the main road.

344C Regatta Bay

Thank you for everything at 344C. The ONLY thing I would like to share is that the refrigerator in the kitchen did not keep things very cold. We turned it to coldest when we got there and our drinks were not very cold the next day even. We thought we would try the cold option and it was just the same. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect and we will definitely recommend or stay again. Thank you~

We stayed in this cute condo while we were visiting friends that also live at Regatta Bay. It worked out just great. Plenty of room for us and our young adult children.

Great Condo

This condo was great for an adults weekend away with friends. Three couples stayed here, and it was perfect. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space. The patio was great with just enough room for all of us.

Missing email

I received a confirmation email from vrbo that mentioned I would receive a follow on email with unit info plus entry passcode. I do not recall ever receiving the follow on email. Luckily the property manage was able to forward the info to me before arrival. Property manage customer service was outstanding.
