Great escape!

The condo was great for what we needed....boat slip, great lake views and was fully stocked for our stay. I love it when the host supplies more than the minimal amount of paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc. The host provided a generous supply of kitchen and bath items and took the extra step to make sure their guests were taken care of. Thank you!

Nice 3 bed condo. I recommend!

We had a great visit, property manager was attentive to an issue that was discovered and it was addressed quickly. Would stay here again, we appreciated it.

Great Place!

Our stay here for the weekend was excellent, very relaxing place to come home to. Communication with the property owner was on point and very easy access to the property.

Lakes of the ozark bike rally

There were 5 of us that stayed, we all had our own rooms and there was plenty of room for everyone even on the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Great Views of the Lake

The condo was clean and was a great comfortable condo. The views of the lake were outstanding. Would definitely recommend staying with a large group

Property was very nice and in a great location. Only complaint was that the room wasn’t the cleanest. Comforter and pillow cases in main bedroom had visible stains on them. Other than that it was a great stay

Can’t wait to be back at the lake

The condo was exactly as advertised. Great view. Plenty of space for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The unit is located near the elevator which is very handy when coming and going. The Keurig machine was a nice touch.

Perfect spot and beautiful views!

The listing was accurate and beds comfortable! Be sure to bring salt, pepper, etc if you plan on cooking. The pool is strange to get to, so directions might be helpful. The views are beautiful and it’s a quiet and safe complex. We loved it!!

Beautiful Area

The property was great and the photos posted looked like the unit. Was great that it had almost everything we needed. That was a nice surprise. We loved our stay except for the cleanliness. The cleanliness gets a 1 star. Such a shame you are paying for such a sloppy cleaning service. Also Keurig did not work but fortunately there was a second pot. Just had to go buy ground coffee for it.

Great location, cleanliness not great

Overall, we had a great time. The condo is in a great, convenient location with awesome views of the lake. The kids enjoyed the pools. The owner is a pleasure to work with. The only issue we had was the condo cleanliness was not up to par. The floors were dirty and sticky, the bathrooms had hair in the shower and the wash clothes had a musty smell and one had make-up on it. We had to re-wash several dishes for our dinner after we checked-in. I contacted the property management company and it took them 15 hours to respond. They did send someone right away to resolve the issues. I ended up washing all the towels and dishes, so hopefully left it cleaner for the next guests.

Evolve needs to step up their game

When we arrived all of the rugs were rolled up and on the furniture and countertops. When I unrolled them, most were dirty. The bottom sealant on the refrigerator was half on the floor. There were rags still in the washer. There were used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. And, there were stains on the comforter in the main bedroom. I'm not sure what I paid a cleaning fee for.

Great vacation

Had a great time. Property was wonderful. We used the boat slip for our boat and it was very convenient. Pools were nice. Beautiful view. Communication was excellent as well.

Quiet and beautiful getaway!

Family friendly

Great location, very family friendly unit and complex. Beautiful view from screened balcony day and night. Only drawback was housekeeper job was mediocre. Beds comfortable and linens clean.
