Get ready to experience Tiki Time, a uniquely designed and curated one-of-a-kind Lake of the Ozarks vacation rental! Step inside and instantly feel the island vibes—from the full tiki bar to the cozy coffee bar, this space was made for relaxation and fun.

Access your private paradise via one flight of stairs and enter a beautifully styled retreat featuring a gourmet kitchen, coffee station, blender, and cocktail glasses for mixing your favorite tropical drinks. The living room transforms into a tiki lounge with plush velvet seating and a Smart TV.

The master suite includes a queen bed, Smart TV, massage chair, and a “meditation room” with floor chairs that convert into three twin-size cots—perfect for kids or extra guests. The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet, and makeup area.

The second bedroom features two twin bunkbeds—each with a twin on top and full on bottom—and a Smart TV. A second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and vanity. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Step onto the large outdoor deck overlooking nature and unwind with dinner al fresco or a cocktail from the tiki bar as the sun sets.

As a guest at Tiki Time, you’ll have access to five seasonal outdoor pools (May–September), a community grill, and the Four Seasons Aquatic Center indoor pool with pass checkout.

This home is pet-friendly with prior approval (limit 1 pet, 25 lbs max, daily pet fee applies). Pet fee of $35 is charged per pet, per day, with a limit of 2 pets. All pets must be approved on a case-by-case basis. Two designated parking spots are provided with overflow parking near the famous Hippo Pool—the largest pool at the lake! Pass provided and loss of pass will result in replacement fee being due.

🚫 No smoking, vaping, or marijuana permitted. Smoking will result in a $500 fine and lease terminations.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and all guests at property must be registered.

Strict no party policy and quiet hours from 10PM-8AM must be observed.
Pet Policy Pets are only allowed with prior approval at least 48 hours before arrival. Approved pets must be 25 pounds or under, with current registration and vaccination records provided. Pets must remain on a leash at all times when outside, may not be left unattended in the home, and guests are required to clean up all pet waste from the exterior property. Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Failure to follow this policy may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee being charged to the reservation. Thank you for helping us keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable for all guests!

Pool Access: The community pool is seasonal and typically open from May to September, depending on weather conditions.

Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the unit or on the deck.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent. All guests must be registered prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Limit of 2 pets, each under 25 pounds. A daily pet fee applies.

Accessibility: This is a second-floor unit and stairs are required to access the property.

Parking: Includes two designated parking spaces in the condo area.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. All reviews from violating guests will be reported and disqualified due to non-compliance with house rules. We strictly enforce this policy to protect the quality of our home and the comfort of all future guests. Thank you for respecting this rule. Please note that a $500 fine may apply if a violation occurs.
