This charming cabin features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it an easy fit for couples, families, or a laid-back friends’ getaway. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes a dedicated coffee bar so mornings start slow and easy. After a day of exploring the lake area, unwind with your favorite shows on the smart TV or gather outside for dinner on the grill.

Step outdoors and enjoy evenings around the firepit, sharing stories under the stars and soaking in the peaceful Ozarks atmosphere. Whether it’s summer nights or crisp fall evenings, this cabin delivers that nostalgic “just right” feeling.

`Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval at least 48 hours before arrival. Approved pets must be 25 lbs or under, with current registration and vaccinations. Pets must be leashed outdoors, never left unattended, and all waste must be cleaned up. Guests are responsible for any pet damage.
⚠️ Bringing an unapproved pet will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee and may lead to termination without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping
This is a 100% smoke- and vape-free property, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
⚠️ Violations will result in immediate termination without refund and a $650 smoke remediation fee, plus additional charges if needed.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
• First offense: warning
• Continued noise: termination without refund
• Unanswered noise complaints requiring a visit may result in a $200 fee

No Parties or Unregistered Guests
Parties, events, or extra guests are not allowed.

Liability & Guest Responsibility
Guests use all amenities (lake, dock, boat lift, firepit, grill, etc.) at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.

Subject to availability. You may inquire at 10:00 AM on arrival day.
