Southwood Shores residents and guests enjoy access to an outdoor pool overlooking the lake, an indoor pool inside the main office building, a shared hot tub, and a badminton court near the complex entrance. All amenities are on site and walkable - though the outdoor pool and hot tub do involve a walk down the hill.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided using the smart lock located just outside the front door. Parking for 2 cars is available in the paved lot. The host is available if questions come up, but the setup is designed so you can arrive and settle in on your own schedule.

Lake Ozark puts you right in the heart of the action - and Southwood Serenity is your calm base camp for all of it. From lakeside dining to live music and water parks, nearly everything you'd want on a Missouri lake vacation is within a short drive.

- No pets allowed

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

- The unit is on the top floor - guests will navigate approximately 22 steps into the building and 2 flights of stairs to reach the unit. Not recommended for guests with significant mobility limitations.

- HOA is on site with an office available if needed

- Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink) are in place for your safety

- No carbon monoxide detector present - noted for guest awareness

- Parking passes are in the unit
