The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including both drip and Keurig coffee options, plus counter seating for four that flows seamlessly into the dining table for shared meals. The living room is the heart of the home, featuring a smart TV, and plenty of seating with a couch, loveseat, and recliner—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun.
Sliding glass doors open to a private balcony where the experience truly shines. Gently sway in the hanging swings, gather around the table for al fresco dining, or simply take in the peaceful lake views. • This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:
o A maximum of one pet per stay is allowed. Dogs only. Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.
o Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.
o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.
o Pets should not be left unattended unless secured in a crate or carrier, preferably in the heated and cooled garage.
o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet’s bedding or crate for their comfort. For your convenience, an extra-large crate is provided in the garage.
o Guests must comply with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
o Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.
o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
