Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condo with amazing views of the Lake of the Ozarks and surrounding areas. Beautiful sunny days will be yours from our screened in and covered balcony, on the 6th (top) floor of the Monarch Cove condominium, with easy access by elevator. Just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, where you can find many local attractions, events, shopping, and live entertainment.

Our condo can be found off mile marker 2 within the main channel. The complex offers 3 heated pools (with pool chairs), 2 hot tubs, and multiple public grills for poolside gatherings. The west pool offers the most sun throughout the day while the central pool offers more shade in the morning hours. All rooms are accessible via multiple elevators making trips with luggage or groceries effortless.

The condo offers an open floor plan with plenty of space for seating and has views of the lake can be seen from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Cable television and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi provided throughout.

The balcony is accessible from the main living room and master bedroom and seats up to 6 and (2-person high top, 2 2-person seating areas). It has glass railings for unobstructed views and has top-to-bottom screens to ward off bugs and birds. The condo faces north east offering a beautiful sunrise while also providing a cooler, covered and shaded experience in the afternoon and evening. Perfect for a relaxing morning where you enjoy your coffee, read a book, or cook dinner on the private natural gas grill.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom:
* Master Bedroom Suite has beautiful views of the lake, and a private entrance to the balcony, a king size bed with all new linens, dresser, flat screen TV, cable, alarm clock, USB port chargers, attached private master bath with tub and shower combo stocked with, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, towels, toilet paper and Kleenex.
* Guest bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full) with a twin pullout trundle underneath. Also includes dresser, nightstand, clock, etc.
* Guest bathroom is accessible from the hallway, has a walk-in shower with seat, and offer's all the same amenities as the master bath, minus the blow dryer.
* Kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3, a 4-person dining table, a full-sized pantry with lots of storage, and an awesome coffee bar with coffee, teas, hot cocoa & sugar provided. The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glasses, dishes, cookware, toaster, air fryer, paper towels, linens, trash bags, dish soap, dish brush, and dishwasher tabs.
* Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, with laundry soap, iron and ironing board, broom and dust pan.
* For you pool days we have pool towels (in 2nd bedroom), noodles (also in 2nd bedroom) and a small cooler (pantry).

* NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN THE POOL AREAS!! (Complex wide regulation)
* ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS ALLOWED
* ABSOLUTLEY NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY
* TRAILER STORAGE IS NOT ALLOWED IN MONARCH COVE BETWEEN MEMORIAL DAY THRU LABOR DAY OUTSIDE OF THESE DATES THERE IS AN OVERFLOW LOT VISIBLE FROM OUR FRONT DOOR

For the safety and security of our guests and our property, we do have two external security cameras mounted outside of the condo. The first is located just outside of the front door with visibility of the front door and front porch area. The second is located on the back patio with visibility of the balcony and lake.
