This charming cottage in Dwight, 2.5 hours from Toronto, is an ideal getaway for nature lovers, offering access to Lake of Bays, Muskoka, and the Algonquin Highlands, along with boating opportunities and a nearby marina for outdoor activities and relaxation.

PROPERTY
FOX POINT ESTATE - This beautifully designed cottage offers ample entertainment space, featuring a spacious great room with a large TV and access to a deck, as well as an open-concept dining and kitchen area that provides comfortable seating. The Muskoka room, equipped with a large sectional, invites you to enjoy the breeze and includes another walkout. Plenty of outdoor seating is available on the back deck for you to enjoy the peaceful view of the lake and occasional family of deer that walk by. Napoleon BBQ available for summer grilling. The flat land is perfect for outdoor activities, including a volleyball court, while steps away is the dock for boating adventures on Lake of Bays or serene sunset views. Evenings can be spent by the firepit, creating a perfect setting for stargazing and relaxation.
