"Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great.
Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them.
Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t...

"This is my second time staying at this property. I must admit it was not as great as my first time on the property. The room was not kept up and not cleaned properly. The service in the restaurant was somewhat slow and not many items were available. I didn't like that I had to drop a key at the desk to have my room cleaned as I was told I had the only key. Problem is that I had to contact the office if I was to return later than they were open to make arrangements for my key. I think that...

"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "
