The master bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor, while the loft and two additional bedrooms with a jack-n-jill bathroom upstairs offer ample space for everyone to unwind.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. Gather around the stunning stone fireplace for cozy evenings or enjoy the fresh mountain air on the covered front porch, expansive side deck, or screened back porch. *Please note that Lake Lure is currently not accessible for summer 2025 due to continued cleanup and is closed/drawn down 30 feet for the summer/fall of 2025.* The lake is currently not accessible for summer 2025, but the restaurants, shops and surrounding areas need your support as we continue to recover and rebuild. We look forward to you coming into the area during this time to help these businesses continue to thrive and remain in the community. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Had a wonferfully relaxing and cozy stay!

We had an amazing weekend staying out here in Lake Lure. The house is close enough to all the necessities and restaurants around. The lake was still closed when we went, but that didn't detract from our time. There is still some river fishing and tons of beautiful views. The house itself was very cozy, the tub downstairs is massive if you like to take couple baths & the kitchen is stocked VERY well for cooking, and honestly it seems even some baking! (Mix by hand only of course!) It'd be easy to stock up and spend your time just at the house. My one complaint is the water heater! It isn't great, but it does still get warm enough for a shower/bath, but just about that. There's tons of storage if you need to put up clothes or anything of the sort.
