New favorite place!
The house was the perfect getaway from reality. It was very accommodating for our large family of 8 kids, ranging from 24 years old to 4 years old. The house itself was clean, inviting and very cozy with all of the amenities. We were initially worried about the public road and beach access, but it was not a problem at all! We had an amazing week!! After 11 years traveling to Surfside, we have a new favorite beach house! We will be looking for this house for our future family trips!!

Good home to rent for adult couples other houses have more than one bed in a room which makes it awkward for couples , this house has queen beds in three bedrooms which makes it perfect to rent and share!

Great Location with a beautiful patio!
This home was so spacious, cozy, clean and beautiful. It was hard for us to find the right home with enough space. There was 11 of us. 2 of them teenagers, one that was 7 and one that was under 2. This home was perfect. It is sooo close to the beach that’s it’s practically the front yard. Our family took advantage of the deck with all its furniture to sit and relax and watch the waves or to eat a meal. That ocean view was everything. I highly recommend this place. We loved it and had a great time. Will definitely use this place again.

Great location
Comfortable beach house with great location. Only a few steps from the beach with excellent view from the deck. Lots of room and seating on the deck. Well stocked kitchen and beds for 12 people. Great place for getting away and enjoying the beach. Recommend bringing beach chairs for the beach since there are none at the beach house. Other than that, it’s well equipped for staying on the beach.

Birthday trip
We were celebrating a couple birthdays in our family & chose this house to stay at. We loved it! Communication with hosts was great, house was perfect for our group & we loved being so close to the beach. The house keeper came the first day we were there asking if there was anything that they could do to make our stay better also. They had forgotten to make a bed which we didn’t think twice about & just took 2 minutes and made the bed. They were great & even brought us more towels. Thanks for a great stay!

First family trip
Location of this place was absolutely perfect! We loved sitting on the porch and watching the waves. Very cute rooms, plenty of places to sleep! It was great that they had bath soaps and shampoo available bc we forgot ours. Shaded parking was nice. Very cute swing under the porch that my daughter loved. Communication with property manager was very fast and friendly. If any improvements, possibly have a bigger grill. Other than that, we will definitely think of this place on our next trip.

We loved how close we were to the Beach. But, As we were cooking our meals Roaches would crawl across the counters & stovetop. The house was Nice....the Extra critters made it uncomfortable.

Enjoyed it!
Great location and property manager very responsive to all questions and concerns we needed to address. Feet from the beach, only (minor) drawback is the beach access is the main road to the beach so a little bit of foot traffic but honestly it didn’t bother us. We would rent here again, great deck for chilling and watching the water, excellent views!!

Surfside Beach Experience
The stay was not a good one!!! We were never informed that the water was not drinkable, smelled horrible (I actually gagged) and that we had to boil it and use bottled water for everything! The bedrooms were not the same as pictured (Had no access to a closet)!!! Everything in the kitchen that I had to use had to be rewashed because it was dirty!!! The pans are so old and crusty that it was hard to cook on them!! The steps going upstairs are VERY dangerous (were not built to code) and I don't think anyone ever vacuumed them. The living room furniture had crumbs and other stuff on them. The outside decking is coming up in spots and a few toes were stubbed and I actually almost fell when my flip-flop caught the uplifted board!! Very dangerous!!!! No one informed us that the house was recently sold and the information emailed to me was the wrong party to contact! The new owners may want to revamp the property!

One of the best!
I've been traveling with VRBO for years and I have to say this house was perfect for our trip over Easter weekend. We had 3 families come together and enjoy a beach vacation just a little over an hour from our homes. 3 bedrooms for the adults and a loft accommodated all the kids (6). Walking distance from beach, one row back, but technically on the beach as our views were unobstructed. We all felt at home and enjoyed all the property had to offer. We would have booked again for our Oct trip but it was already booked. Thank you for a great house and reasonable prices so we could enjoy long weekends.

House was Perfect! Location was even better! Love there are three private rooms with king size beds and then the open bunk room. Beds were all super comfy. The view is great from the deck! We had a Wonderful time! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing!!!
We had such a good time at this beach house! The view from the deck is amazing even though you are a row back from a "beachfront view". You can still watch the sunrise and the deck is comfortable to sit on. The beach is a very short walk! The house is spacious and everything was clean with plenty of ammenities. Dishes, towels, a coffee maker, games for the kids, etc were all provided. Our only complaint would be the running water. It wasn't as clean as we would've liked, but we had bottled water for drinking so it wasn't to big of a deal. All in all we had the best experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Great House, close to beach, easy breezy vacation
The manager was very communicative and easy to work with. Nice house, all you could ask for. A nice retreat from the heat of the beach. Our only hint would be to bring lots of drinking water. Not sure if a water filter on the house would be an option or would help, but we didn’t feel comfortable drinking the water from the faucet or using it for brushing teeth. We experienced the same at other Surfside Beach rentals so no knock on this great house. We had a fantastic stay and having the upstairs for the kids was a huge perk!
