Entertainment is a breeze in the outdoor space with multicolored lights, massive tv, speakers, lounge chairs, a grill, mini fridge, pizza oven, cornhole and a resort feel. We are close to down town and boat launches. Trailer parking is 100 ft in length and 20 ft wide. Our home is new with custom features like ambient lighting, theater seating, charging stations and lux bedding. All showers have full size toiletries and plenty of towels are provided. Kitchen: Outfitted with high-end appliances, including an ice dispenser, mini fridge for drinks, filter drinking water and all essential cookware to prepare meals with ease.

Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms, each equipped with bidets and modern showers all w/ soft water. One features dual shower heads, and another includes a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.All bathrooms with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Ample Parking: A 40’ x 20’ side yard offers plenty of space for boats and off-road toys, with easy access from both the front door and backyard. The driveway comfortably fits three cars.


Prime Location: Just 8 minutes from Windsor Beach and Downtown, and 10 minutes from the Channel—making it easy to enjoy everything Lake Havasu has to offer.

no garage access., However there is a three car driveway and a 100x20 side yard for parking. To keep your property safe we have included cameras facing toward these two locations.

I let my guests take the lead. Im always available to answer any questions or give recommendations. I am a Local who loves Havasu!

Pool heat not included in rental. $300 initail heat up charge and $100 a day for maintaining heat. The pool can be heated to a max of 85 degrees. We do monitor this so please do not heat the pool unless authorized by host.

Pool cleaning service comes on Monday & Fridays.

Spa heat comes standard with rental.

Important House Guidelines

We want your stay to be both memorable and comfortable. To ensure the home remains in pristine condition for you and future guests, please review the following:

No smoking inside the home

No heating the pool without prior authorization from host $300initial heating fee and $100per day for heating.

Pool Sweep Caution: If you`d like to remove the sweep, please disconnect it properly. Letting it suck air while attached can damage the pump and result in costly fees.

Strictly no parties — we’ve thoughtfully designed this space to be clean, serene, and luxurious. If you`re looking to host events or large gatherings, this home may not be the right fit.

Cleaning fee covers standard sanitization. Any excessive mess or damage will incur additional charges.

No glass is permitted in the pool area — for your safety, we’ve provided durable plastic drinkwear.

No smoking or vaping in the house fees apply. If you smoke outside please pick up your butts.

Please request late check outs. If we can accommodate we are happy to. We just need to plan accordingly with cleaning and our upcoming guests. cleaners come after 10 am. if guest are still present a fee will apply.

Trash day is Friday morning. We have a service that come and takes cans to the street

Pool service comes on Fridays. They come through the side gate.

Pets are welcome! Please make sure they are included on your reservation, as a pet fee does apply.

We ask that you pick up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. If you have a furry friend that sheds heavily, please help us minimize fur throughout the home by keeping them out of unnecessary rooms and placing throws and decorative pillows in a closet during your stay.

It can be very difficult to remove every pet hair, so we truly appreciate guests doing their part to help keep the home comfortable and fur-free for future visitors.
