This is for the fun ones who come to Havasu to kick it with your friends and keep it going from the lake to the house. We’ve got foosball, air hockey, a mini pool table, and ping pong. Outdoor and garage TVs. Multiple boat parking spots behind gates. Pool, spa, and a truly unique outdoor space. Of course, we didn’t forget the basics; stocked kitchen and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The ones who come to Havasu to kick it with your friends, spend all day on the lake, and keep it going back at the house. Easy, laid back, and set up exactly how a Havasu trip should be.

Inside, you’ve got all the games to keep the energy up—foosball, air hockey, a mini pool table, and ping pong. TVs in the garage and outside mean the hangout doesn’t stop when you leave the living room.

Outside is where it all comes together. Pool, spa, and a truly unique space built for relaxing, grilling, and just being together. Whether you’re floating during the day or winding down at night, it hits.

Bringing toys? Perfect. There are multiple boat parking spots behind gates, so you’ve got the space and security to do Havasu right.

And of course, we’ve got the basics covered—a fully stocked kitchen and essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Clean, simple, and ready for you.

Pool heat not included in rental. $300 initail heat up charge and $100 a day for maintaining heat. The pool can be heated to a max of 85 degrees. We do monitor this so please do not heat the pool unless authorized by host.

Pool cleaning service comes on Fridays.

Spa heat comes standard with rental.

Important House Guidelines

We want your stay to be both memorable and comfortable. To ensure the home remains in pristine condition for you and future guests, please review the following:

No smoking inside the home

No heating the pool without prior authorization from host $300initial heating fee and $100per day for heating.

Pool Sweep Caution: If you`d like to remove the sweep, please disconnect it properly. Letting it suck air while attached can damage the pump and result in costly fees.

Strictly no parties — we’ve thoughtfully designed this space to be clean, serene, and luxurious. If you`re looking to host events or large gatherings, this home may not be the right fit.

Cleaning fee covers standard sanitization. Any excessive mess or damage will incur additional charges.

No glass is permitted in the pool area — for your safety, we’ve provided durable plastic drinkwear.

No smoking or vaping in the house fees apply. If you smoke outside please pick up your butts.

Please request late check outs. If we can accommodate we are happy to. We just need to plan accordingly with cleaning and our upcoming guests. cleaners come after 10 am. if guest are still present a fee will apply.

Trash day is Friday morning

Pool service comes on Fridays. They come through the side gate.

Pets are welcome! Please make sure they are included on your reservation, as a pet fee does apply.

We ask that you pick up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. If you have a furry friend that sheds heavily, please help us minimize fur throughout the home by keeping them out of unnecessary rooms and placing throws and decorative pillows in a closet during your stay.

It can be very difficult to remove every pet hair, so we truly appreciate guests doing their part to help keep the home comfortable and fur-free for future visitors.
