Great stay

Great stay. House was clean and in a good location. Only minor complaint is there was no additional toiletries like shampoo and things like that. Would stay here again

Race Team

The property was as listed and perfect for our team to come to town and do some work at our engine builders shop for our race truck. The house was a comfortable place to sleep for our team.

Welcoming, clean and comfortable

The house was like being at home. We were all surprised by how comfortable we were immediately upon entering the home. One of the nicest features of the house was the way we could enjoy our time together yet still have private areas to retreat to. Everyone in our party would absolutely recommend this home to friends and family

Good condition. the pool/pingpong table was kinda rough

We chose this VRBO based on pics. and loved that it had ping-pong/pool/air hockey table. The table itself was, Well, kinda hammered and really didn't work. Normally I wouldn't care about something as trivial as a game table, but it was showcased in the pics, and was the reason for our choosing this VRBO. Otherwise the property was clean and stocked with basic amenities such as towels and a coffee maker. During our stay the weather turned poor for our travels home, and we needed to stay another night. I tried 3 times to communicate with the property owner to extend our stay and had ZERO response. (This is the reason for my low rating). I DO recommend this property, just be sure your you don't need to communicate with the host.

Great Place to Stay!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owner was communicative and the space was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooftop patio was gorgeous and gave a great view of the city. Overall, very comfortable accommodations.

Havasu Golf Weekend

The experience was very enjoyable. We liked the small patio above the garage and the view was fantastic. The only small suggestion are the carpets need a good cleaning and the wash clothes need to be replaced. The living room lounge chairs were very comfortable but the kitchen dining set was worn. As I said we enjoyed the visit and it was good for 3 guys but a family might feel it needs updating.

Clean and convenient

My mom, sister and my husband and two small kids (2 years & 2 months) stayed here while visiting family and this house was perfect for us. We each got our own room and bathroom plus lots of room for my son to run around and the best thing was how clean it was. Carpet was vacuumed and everything spotless which was most appreciated with small kids! Easy to communicate with the property manager and check out was a breeze with sending a video of everything to show it was clean and all laundry as requested. The upstairs balcony was great in the evening as well to relax up there

This house was very nice and had everything we needed and more! Everything you have at your home it was there. The carpet had a few stains but i could tell it jad been clean. Maybe put some kind of flooring or.tile down so its more sanitary and the sofa needs updating. It had tape holding certain spots together. Other then that it was a very comftable stay close to shops and lake. Would stay there again with no problem!!! Roof top has a beautiful view! Home owner was very easy to communicate with as well.

Not a nice place to stay

We had issues from start to finish. The carpets are soaked in dog pee. It smells like a mix of dog pee and chemical cover ups in this house. The manager said it was not possible to have them cleaned during our 10 night stay. We tried to shampoo the carpets ourselves which didn’t help at all. Just seemed to make it worse. The manager also couldn't seem to figure out how to keep the house the same temperature until our 5th night. Beds were decent and the view from the deck was nice.

Great Layout for Families

The house layout and game tables really made it an ideal place for our family and teenage boys to enjoy. We had plenty of room space to sleep 5 comfortably, the pool table/ping pong table occupied our boys in the mornings and evenings and the location was close enough for a quick jaunt to the lake to spend our days boating. Finally the owners were great in communication and response when we had needs and questions.

Great Lake vacation spot

This is a great location to get to the lake in literally 10 minutes. Loved that piece of it. House was slightly warm when we arrived but cooled down quickly when we turned the master bedrook AC on and the owner turned the temp of the house down. Became perfect!!! Clean house and great for our pets. Roof top patio was awesome. Epic views for sunset. I actually regret not doing it every morning for coffe or breakfast to watch the views of the lake as the sun rose. Very pretty. Host was very attentive and communicative. I’d bring my family or friends and recommend the place to others.
