This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 exterior security camera is located on the front of the house, facing outward toward the street, 1 exterior security camera is located on the back patio overlooking the pool area, 1 exterior security camera is located above the front door facing the street, and 1 exterior camera is located on the side of the house overlooking the pool heater and controls. The cameras are motion-activated but do not actively record video or sound while guests are in the residence
- The hot tub on-site can only fit 2 people at a time
- One bay of the garage is 45’ deep with an 8’ tall door. This is available with 48 hours notice
- The driveway is deep enough to park a 35’ - 40’ trailer and is wide enough to park 3 vehicles or trailers
- The optional pool heating fee is only available from May 1 to September 30
