Four Bedroom/Two Bath Lake Havasu Home

Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the main highway but still less than ten minutes from London Bridge. Four bedroom two bath with three CAL Kings and one Queen bed. Tinted windows with drapes or blinds throughout the home.

The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet with more then enough space and the shower is a walk-in style with double shower heads. The house is fully furnished with all new furniture and appliances for your enjoyment and comfort.

You'll find everything you need in the house from cleaning supplies, extra linens, large plasma screen TV in living room and master bedroom with wireless internet in the entire house. Everything is included, all you need is a few personal items.

*150 per night plus 110 for cleaning. Holiday rate is 225 per night and includes Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.*

4th of July, 2025

Arrived at the property after a 5.5 hour drive and were not able to get in for 1.5 hours. Host did not send code for the front door and it took multiple attempts to get a hold of him. Once we entered the home we found that the house had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. I was promised by the host that my cleaning fee would be refunded for our issue. It has been a week and a half and the fee has not been refunded and the host is dodging all my attempts for contact regarding this matter. I have been patient on this matter as the host claimed that he was having some family medical issues but the lack of communication is inexcusable in this day and age of texting.

Wonderful Home and Even Better Hosts

The house was as nice as advertised and we had a wonderful time at their home. The location was very easy coming into town and had plenty of parking space for us and our boats. Dave was an incredible host and responded quickly to any of our questions. We would LOVE to stay again and look forward to our next trip! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect house for our getaway!

Having 4 bedrooms with all of the beds being a queen or larger was perfect for our getaway!! The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and the 2 person shower was just as awesome! I would definitely stay again!

Great 4th of July weekend!!

We got an easy check in and to be honest the pictures do not do the house justice. Spacious interior, high ceilings and a crazy big master bathroom were the highlights of the house. Over all would highly recommend to a friend.

Most comfy couch

We loved how three of the 4 bedrooms at king sized beds! It was perfect for the three adult couples. The couch is super comfy and the neighborhood was peaceful. The only thing that could have been better were the kitchenware, but everything else was just what we needed and expected.

Great, Roomy, Comfortable Home

This was our first time using VRBO and we couldn't have been happier with the home we chose to stay in. All of the beds were Kings and very comfortable. They have everything you would need to enjoy your stay, including a nice backyard with a patio. The location was local enough to enjoy the Lake, London Bridge and tons of places to eat within 15-20 minutes drive. We will definitely be back!!
