Guest access
You’ll have access to the entire home except for a locked closet at the end of the hallway and one in the garage. The washer and dryer are in the garage for your use.

There are cameras in the property: We have a Ring doorbell at the entrance, cameras monitoring the front and back of the house, as well as one in the garage. None of the cameras face inside the home. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes.

Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Damage Waiver (Optional):

Up to 10 nights: $59
11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights

No Smoking: Strictly inside the house. $1,000 fee for violations.

Maintenance Access: By booking, you acknowledge and give permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may occur during your stay.
